RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns for eligible items under the conditions below.
To qualify for a return, items must:
Be returned within 14 days of delivery
Be unworn and unwashed
Be free from odors, stains, damage, or alterations
Include original packaging when possible
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be denied.
CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Because many of our products are made to order:
ALL CUSTOM, PERSONALIZED, AND PRINT-ON-DEMAND SALES ARE FINAL.
This includes:
Custom text
Personalized names
Uploaded artwork
Custom color requests
Specialty design requests
Made-to-order apparel
However, exceptions may apply if the order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives:
Damaged
Defective
Misprinted
Incorrect
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
Order number
Description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging
If approved, we may provide:
Replacement item
Store credit
Refund (when applicable)
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
Custom or personalized products
Gift cards
Clearance items
Final sale items
Items showing signs of wear or washing
Orders with incorrect customer-provided information
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled only before production begins.
Once production or fulfillment has started, cancellation requests may not be approved.
REFUND PROCESS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow:
3–10 business days for processing after approval
Additional time depending on your financial institution
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by Faith In God Tees..
EXCHANGES
We replace items only if:
The wrong item was received
The item arrived damaged
There was a manufacturing defect
Size exchanges are not guaranteed unless stated otherwise.
Please review sizing carefully before ordering.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once tracking shows delivered, Faith In God Tees is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
